About the designer: My name is Elijah, and I'm a faith leader and community organizer in Jonesboro, AR. I'm trans, queer, and disabled, and I do my best to help create accessible, sacred communities for marginalized people here in the rural South. I was recently fired from my position as a pastor because of my desire to get pregnant as a trans person. Sadly, this kind of discrimination is all too common among queer and/or disabled people.

About the funds: Due to my recent loss of income, I'm doing odd jobs and selling shirts until I find stable work. All of the proceeds from my shirt designs help me keep a roof over my head during this season of uncertainty. When I bring in more proceeds than I need to cover my own expenses at any given time, I pass the funds along to another LGBTQ+ disabled person in need.
