In December 2025, my husband, Luis Fern?ndez ? known artistically as Lugufelo ? was diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a rare neurological disease that has affected his vision, movement, and cognitive abilities. These changes have made it impossible for him to continue creating the metal sculptures that defined his life and artistic career.

Through Wear the Art, Luis?s sculptures are taking on a new purpose: helping bring greater visibility to PSP and supporting the search for better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

Twenty percent of the proceeds from this campaign will be donated to CurePSP to support PSP awareness, research, and families affected by the disease. The remaining proceeds will help support Luis and our family now that he is no longer able to work as he once did.
