About this campaign

Willow Gracelyn-Sage Burrell is my incredible 10-month-old daughter. Born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), she has faced more challenges than most people experience in a lifetime. Since the day she was born, she has never left the hospital, bravely enduring surgeries, procedures, and countless difficult days. Despite everything, Willow continues to smile, fight, and inspire everyone around her with her strength. Today, our greatest hope is a life-saving heart transplant. Every day, we hold onto faith, love, and the dream of finally bringing our beautiful girl home.
