About this campaign

These shirts are being sold to help raise funds for the Dallas Heart Walk in memory of our beautiful daughter, Zoey.


Zoey was born with HLHS and spent the first 7 months of her life in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU. At just 5 weeks old, she received a lifesaving heart transplant and endured countless surgeries, procedures, complications and set backs. Despite everything her tiny body faced, Zoey fought with incredible strength and gave us 1 year and 3 precious days with her before earning her angel wings on May 16th, 2026.


We created Zoey's Heavenly Heart Warriors to honor her strength, courage, and perseverance while raising awareness and funds for the American Heart Association.
