Disability Rights Oregon protects and defends the rights of people with disabilities. As Oregon's Protection and Advocacy System (P&A) since 1977, we transform lives by expanding healthcare and housing access, ensuring people in mental health crisis get real help, fighting for special education funding and foster care youth, investigating abuse and neglect in institutions, and empowering Oregonians with disabilities to be their own fiercest advocates.

We are part of grassroots change happening right now, making life better for real people, and our services are 100% free.
